Built upon a trades base and management experience of over a combined 60 years, Griffin was founded by industry veterans Troy Ranford and Martyn Stroud in 2014. By focusing on quality and responsiveness they built the business with their team across the country to be a leader in the provision of specialist engineering services in the marine sector with a focus on defence.
The partnership expanded in 2021 with experienced business person Michael Sertorio joining to help support and develop the business. We now employ over 100 people with a great management team and operations personnel and continue to invest in the business to build capability and performance.
