STEM Racing Information Session:
- Power will not be provided to the marketing display; there will be charging stations in the marketing display hall
- There will be dedicated repair stations for teams to conduct any repairs
- There are no mandatory judging elements on the Monday 09 Nov 26, all requirements for all teams will be accommodated at the event. We will look to conduct some safety inspections / scrutineering where possible to reduce the time required for these elements.
- Social Media – changed due to new social media rules for students under 16. Other ways of promotion could be presenting to junior school classes, local radio station interviews, school news letters are ideas to consider
