The Schools Pathways Program provides funding to public schools to help secondary students learn about defence industry career pathways. Funding is available for a range of purpose, including excursions, equipment, and professional learning (including relief).

For your information, the funding must align with at least one of the following outcomes.
- Increase student, teacher, and family knowledge of the defence industry, including skills and post-secondary pathways.
- Connect students with the defence industry, including mentors.
- Increase student interest in studying STEM subjects relevant to defence industry careers.
- Increase student aspirations to work in the defence industry.
- Engage students from under-represented groups.
